Yes. In Mexico the people speak ingles much. Like our border this with the USA. For people it is very important to learn Ingles. But I not spoken much. Jiji = D. I prefer the Japanese. Also spoken a little of Japanese. I cleave already to classes of Japanese and to be already spoken a little.
